You will be responsible for:
- Support the Network Management Application Server environment
- Customers support (1st and 2nd line support, 24x7 support)
- Participation in projects
- Troubleshooting
- Testing, implementing and supporting of vendor applications
- Creating of the respective documentation
- Working with Network Management System applications - upgrading and supporting
- Implementing configuration changes to the enterprise applications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Networking topologies and protocols
- Skilled in management Sun / HP Servers
- Experience with network management application & related tools
- Expert in Unix administration
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. shell or Perl)
- Good networking knowledge of TCP/IP and related services (DHCP, DNS, SNMP, OSI etc.)
- Customer focus
- Team player
